Working together
We know that our partners are vital to our success, and that of the women we support. It follows that the success of the organisations we work with is extremely important to us too.
WOW’s partners include employers, service delivery partners, funders, and – because we always work in a client-led way – our clients.
This part of our website is for support or employability organisations, further education providers, and employers. If you’re a woman looking for support, click here.
Service and referral partners
WOW has a long history of working successfully in partnership with specialist women’s support organisations, educational and training organisations, and organisations that deliver employability services.
We are an active member of City of Edinburgh Council’s Joined Up For Jobs forum, and sit on its steering group. We are committed to developing new partnerships that add value to existing services and help to reduce duplication.
We are always interested in developing relationships with delivery partners who share our values. If you are interested in developing a partnership to deliver a new service, or would like to talk to us about referring clients, please contact us.
Employers
We work with a large number and wide variety of corporate and small and medium enterprise employers – across all sectors. We couldn’t do what we do without their help.
And, we’re happy to say, from their feedback, we know that employers enjoy many benefits from working with WOW too.
We work closely with employer partners to provide placements for our clients that, where possible, link to sustainable employment outcomes.
